Well this should brighten your day! The Met Museum is fast becoming my first go-to website when looking up anything hatty or costume related - and now they've released a treasure trove of out-of-print exhibition catalogues.
The images below are from the 1995 exhibition entitled 'Bloom', which examined the use of flowers in fashion. There are plenty more titles to peruse however, perhaps a website to save for a rainy evening - or a dull day at the office!
Now if the V&A could somehow do something similar...
